About us
We have developed our own successful and varied portfolios having previously enjoyed successful roles in primary care. We now want to share and help others develop their own portfolio career in primary care.
Gary Hughes MBA, PGCMDE
Gary is a Business Consultant, Facilitator and Educator, and an experienced leader, director and manager with a broad skill set and a passion for developing the leadership, management and business skills of individuals and organisations.
I have 15 years experience with primary care encompassing General Practice, Primary Care Federations, Primary Care Networks, market access and consultancy. I create and deliver engaging educational workshops and programmes to support leaders, managers, teams and organisations in primary care.
I have an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Post Graduate Certification in Medical & Dental Education (PGCMDE) and have published a book ‘Leadership in Practice and ‘The Leadership in Practice Podcast’
Tracy Green MCIPD FIoL, CMgrFCMI, FREC
Tracy is a Business Consultant, Trainer, Certified Coach, an Insights and NLP Practitioner, and has extensive experience managing and supporting General Practice, Primary Care Federations and Primary Care Networks. She has also been a Care Quality Commission (CQC) Specialist advisor and a RCGP development adviser.
With over 15 years experience in primary care my skills include primary care project management, service redesign and implementation. organisational development, assessment and improvement for CQC regulations and At-scale working.
Tracy is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Institute of Leadership (IoL) the Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC), a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
